Scheduled for March 21, 2026, the Johannesburg edition will welcome women aged 18-35 for a transformative day of curated sessions spanning songwriting, production, and the music business. Participants will engage in hands-on workshops, masterclasses, and industry networking designed to foster growth and connection.

“If you’re a woman artist, songwriter, or producer ready to grow, create, and lead, this space is for you,” the organisation stated.

Launched in 2025, Leading Vibe addresses the persistent underrepresentation of women across the music industry by offering access, mentorship, and creative development to emerging female talents. Backed by Hennessy and Native Instruments, the initiative continues scaling its pan-African impact.

Applications are now open at leadingvibe.org and close February 28, 2026, as Tems’ vision of a continent-wide creative network for women moves closer to reality.
