In a video detailing her experience, the celebrated business leader recounted her journey to a real estate event, a trip that was once a gruelling ordeal. “Today I went for a real estate event, and I followed the coastal road,” Ike began. “I spent only 15 minutes on the road, an area that used to take me about 1 hour plus to get to. Even I, myself, was surprised at how fast I got to the event.”
As a key player in Nigeria’s booming property and hospitality sector, Ike’s testimony highlights the direct economic and personal benefits of the government’s ambitious infrastructure projects. She framed the development not just as a convenience but as a significant enhancement to daily life and productivity. “You see how a major development can actually improve the quality of life and also make you get to your destination on time,” she remarked.
