From the first whistle at the Stade Mohamed V in Casablanca, Nigerian ladies meant business.

Veteran defender Osinachi Ohale set the tone with a clinical finish in the 2nd minute, sparking early celebrations. Esther Okoronkwo doubled the lead in the 33rd minute, capitalizing on a defensive slip to slot past the Zambian keeper.
