Miss Oyo, Funmike Lagoke, served sun-kissed elegance in a gleaming white bikini as the Miss Universe Nigeria 2025 festivities revved up in Lagos.
Contestant 21—proudly flying the flag for Oyo, the Pace Setter State—posed in a halter two-piece with crystal-tipped straps and a delicate body-chain that traced her waist, paired with strappy nude heels and a bold gold cuff. The result: clean, modern beach-glam that flatters her statuesque silhouette.

Beauty notes kept the spotlight on glow; DiolsClassics swept on bronze lids and a glossy nude lip; Abidemi Eniola styled cascading waves that framed her face; and APvisualz captured the sleek, sculptural images that have social feeds buzzing.
Beyond the shimmer, Lagoke brings serious credentials to the stage. A creative entrepreneur and innovation advocate, she is a former Miss Nigeria USA (2019–2023), a Top 40 finalist on American Idol, and a signed model/actress with print, commercial, and theatre credits—including an Adidas runway turn at LA Fashion Week. She currently hosts the Amazon Prime show Sisterhood in America.

Her platform blends heart and purpose: championing Special Education through inclusive learning spaces for children with special needs and driving stroke-prevention awareness after a personal loss. It’s the same mix of courage and compassion she plans to carry onto the Miss Universe Nigeria stage under this year’s theme, Designing Future Society.
“As a Pace Setter, I’m here to inspire,” Lagoke said. “Oyo’s spirit is innovation—and I’m ready to take that spirit from Lagos to the world.”
