In her remarks announcing the call, Alakija said: “The Flourish Africa Grant Cohort 5 is now open. If you’re a woman running a business and you meet the criteria, this opportunity is for you. I have always believed in the strength of women; to build with vision, lead with purpose, and create lasting impact.”

According to the programme details, the grant is targeted at female entrepreneurs aged 18 to 50 whose businesses have been operating for at least 12 months and are based in Abuja, Lagos, or Port Harcourt. Women who have previously participated in or benefited from Flourish Africa training or grants are not eligible.

“Take that step. Don’t let this pass you by,” Alakija urged, directing applicants to the link in @flourish_africa’s bio.
