The acclaimed DJ is set to attempt an incredible 288-hour continuous set, starting on March 3rd, 2026.
The event will take place at the Bay Lounge in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, and is scheduled to run from Tuesday, March 3rd, to Saturday, March 14th.
In a candid and inspiring announcement, DJ Pretty Play (real name Princess) revealed that this attempt has been a dream five years in the making—a dream deferred by personal struggle.
“For five years, I set aside one of my biggest dreams,” she shared. “Not because I didn’t want it, but because fear, timing, and self-doubt kept getting in the way. Today, I’m choosing to stop waiting and start believing again.”
For the beloved DJ, who has built a career on her craft and consistency, this marathon is about more than just breaking a record. “This journey isn’t about perfection,” she explained. “It’s about pushing limits, leaning on faith, and trusting the process, even when it gets uncomfortable.”

As she prepares for this monumental challenge, “The Wheel Goddess” is calling on her fans and the nation for their backing. “I ask for your support, your prayers, and your encouragement,” she urged. “I can’t do this alone. Stand with me, and let’s make history together.”
