Bayelsa is bracing for an unforgettable night as the 18th edition of the Beauty of Africa International Pageant (BAIP) prepares to dazzle on September 7, 2025.
Hosted at the Chief D.S.P Alamieyeseigha Memorial Banquet Hall, the event will bring together glamour, heritage, and youthful ambition as one of 13 remarkable women ascends to the throne of continental pageantry.
Since its founding, BAIP has risen into a platform that transcends surface beauty, celebrating the essence of African culture, leadership, and advocacy. Alumni of the pageant have gone on to shine at Miss International, Miss Globe, and Miss Tourism, proudly amplifying Nigeria’s presence on global stages.
This year’s spectacle will also mark the graceful farewell of Imo-born queen Perpetual Ukadike, whose 2024 reign elevated the brand’s global prestige. Her advocacy for cultural visibility and empowerment set a high bar, ensuring that her successor inherits not just a crown, but a legacy of purpose.
All 13 finalists are being hailed for their courage, discipline, and brilliance, each bringing a unique voice and vision for Africa’s future. With only one destined for the ultimate crown, their collective effort is already a triumph.
The BAIP 2025 grand finale promises a celebration of heritage, resilience, and the crowning of a new queen who will carry Africa’s story to the world.
