American R&B singer Kehlani has been announced as a co-headliner for the Coca-Cola Rhythm Unplugged concert, performing alongside Atlanta rapper Lil Baby.

The event will take place on 21 December 2026 at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos, organised by Flytime Promotions.

The performance marks Kehlani’s first time performing in Nigeria. While she has engaged with African music culture before, including an appearance at Afro Nation in Portugal, this will be her official live debut on Nigerian soil.

The concert is a cornerstone of Lagos’ annual Detty December festivities. The broader season lineup includes Brandy headlining the House of R&B on 20 December, the night before Rhythm Unplugged. Afrobeats superstar Wizkid kicks off the festival calendar on 18 December.

Kehlani, born Kehlani Ashley Parrish, is an American singer, songwriter and dancer from Oakland, California. She first entered the spotlight in 2011 as a member of the teen pop group PopLyfe on *America’s Got Talent*.

She maintains a massive digital footprint. Her Spotify monthly listeners exceed 26.8 million, and her catalogue has amassed over 10.6 billion streams on the platform alone. Her music pulls roughly 3.7 million streams daily.

Her top tracks include “Nights Like This” featuring Ty Dolla $ign with 773 million streams, “Gangsta” from the Suicide Squad soundtrack with 679 million, “Folded” with 605 million, and “Good Life” with G-Eazy at 501 million.

Ticket information is expected in the coming weeks.
