She’s the former beauty queen who conquered the world stage and is now a formidable force in the business world. And Collete Nwadike proved she’s entering her new year in style as she celebrated her birthday on Monday with a stunning series of professional portraits.

The entrepreneur and CEO of Miss Tourism Nigeria took to Instagram to share the flawless snaps, showcasing her style credentials in a tailored powder-blue pantsuit that exuded pure confidence and glamour.
In a heartfelt message to her followers, she reflected on a year of growth and looked ahead to a “bigger vision,” writing: “+1, Grateful. 🤍 For continued growth, for strength, for becoming… As I step into a new chapter, I’m choosing peace, clarity, alignment, and a bigger vision.”
In the impeccably styled shoot by famed Lagos photographer Praise Nmeka (@praisethatphotographer), Collete showcased the versatile ensemble in three powerful poses.
One image sees her commanding attention against a dramatic dark backdrop, her arms crossed in a display of executive poise. The three-quarter shot highlights the suit’s sharp, notched lapels and her cascading, glossy Black waves styled by celebrity hairstylist Bonu Elizabeth of @covergirl_studio.

Another portrait offers a brighter, high-fashion feel, with the pageant mogul seated at a white table against a crisp white background. The pose reveals her flawless makeup by @mide_glamz_, featuring a signature winged liner and a bold matte red lip, complemented by large gold-and-pearl drop earrings.
A final full-length shot reveals the complete look: wide-leg, high-waisted trousers paired with classic nude heels. With the blazer’s top button fastened, the outfit strikes the perfect balance between authority and high fashion.

The scene-stealing suit was the creation of the renowned Smart Courage, the designer and international pageant coach behind the Worldcharming brand. Known for his “detailed” and “intentional” approach to styling, he crafted a look that perfectly embodies Nwadike’s new era of leadership. Fans looking to channel her powerful aesthetic can look to similarly structured, bold-coloured suits to make a statement this season.

As the first Black woman to win the Exquisite Face of the Universe pageant in 2015, Nwadike has seamlessly transitioned from runway royalty to boardroom boss. Appointed CEO of the Miss Tourism Nigeria Organisation in late 2025, she is currently spearheading the 2026 “Peace Through Tourism” edition, aiming to transform the brand into a platform for female empowerment and national unity.
Her birthday message captured this journey, noting, “This past year has stretched me, shaped me, and reminded me that purpose requires courage, consistency, and faith.” With a powerhouse team and a clear vision, Nwadike is certainly one to watch as she steps into her next chapter.
