Bose Ogulu, the renowned music executive and mother and manager to global Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy, has shared powerful remarks celebrating the successful conclusion of his recent European tour.
In a heartfelt message, Ogulu praised the immense effort, dedication, and collaborative spirit that powered the massive undertaking.
Reflecting on the tour’s intensity, Ogulu described it as “a journey across Europe” filled with “long nights, constant movement, pressure, precision, and excellence across the board.” She emphasised the deep emotional connection felt throughout the run, stating, “We felt every moment of this run.”
Ogulu gave special recognition to the headline performers, giving “massive respect to Burna Boy and Nissi Ogulu for delivering at the highest level every single night.”
She also extended significant appreciation to the key figures responsible for the tour’s seamless execution. She lauded Musical Director Emmanuel Aj “for leading and coordinating the team with consistency and discipline,” and praised Creative Director Ronami Ogulu “for executing world-class, top-tier production throughout the tour.” The tour’s hype man, @spaceshipbilly, was also commended “for commanding the crowd and setting the energy night after night.”
In her concluding remarks, Ogulu made it clear that the success was a collective victory, thanking the entire team—both on and off the stage. “To the entire team on stage, backstage and behind the scenes, thank you for the sacrifice, resilience, and commitment,” she wrote. “Every role mattered. Every mile counted. Every moment was earned. We did this together.”
