Portable lost it on live television. The “Zazoo” singer stripped off his shirt, jumped from his seat, and started throwing fake punches at actor Charles Okocha during a chaotic studio face-off on TVC News Wednesday.

The explosive encounter happened on the program “Chaos in the Ring”—and the title couldn’t have been more accurate. The segment was meant to promote their celebrity boxing rematch scheduled for Friday, July 31. Instead, it turned into a live meltdown.

Portable couldn’t stop bragging about his victory in their first match. He shouted repeatedly that he’s the better man and will beat Okocha again. “I’m the man… I go prepare, I don prepare, I go win again, I go fight again. I go beat Charles Okocha,” he roared.

Then came the confession. Portable jokingly admitted he used illegal punches in their last bout—but claimed it won’t matter this time because he’s now trained formally under coach Taiwo Esepo Agbaje.

Okocha? Cool as ice. He kept his composure throughout, calmly telling Portable to save the chaotic energy for fight night.

The bad blood runs deep. A 40 million Naira endorsement dispute sparked the rivalry. They settled it in a Boxing Day match where Portable won—but Okocha contested the result, claiming cheating after Portable removed his gloves in the third round.

That live face-off was their final meeting before the rematch. Portable came unhinged. Okocha stayed unfazed. Friday can’t come soon enough.
