Recording under the artist name 17, the 29-year-old football star is set to reveal a different side of his creative talent.

The project, which features eight to nine tracks including the lead single “TRACK 0 (FREESTYLE),” reflects a growing trend of professional athletes branching out into the arts.

The EP boasts an impressive lineup of guest artists, including a fellow Premier League player, Aston Villa’s Amadou Onana (recording as 24AM). Other collaborators include Teniola Time, Fido, Giddi, SPKS, and P17.

The announcement artwork offers a personal touch, featuring a collage of Iwobi’s childhood photos from 1998, 2004, and 2010, symbolising his journey and growth long before he became a household name in football.

While he’s making moves in the music world, Iwobi remains a force on the pitch. He has been a key player for Fulham this season, with four goals and three assists in 29 club appearances.

He also played a vital role in Nigeria’s recent third-place finish at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

His off-pitch endeavours also earned him a spot on the 2026 Football Black List, recognising his influence and community work with his Project 17 initiative, perfectly echoing the EP’s title, “More To Life.”
