Attempting to set a new Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest marathon of teaching computer programming, Anierobi held her session at Banex Mall in Lekki, Lagos.

The marathon, which began on December 19, was more than just a lecture. While teaching complex topics like AI, web development, and satellite programming, Anierobi achieved the extraordinary feat of building a robot from scratch live during the attempt.

Her mission aimed to dismantle barriers in tech education for young Africans and prove that world-class innovation can emerge from anywhere.

The official verification of the record remains pending with GWR. While the broader record for the longest lecture marathon stands at nearly 140 hours, Anierobi’s specialised focus on computer programming and robotics has already solidified her as a leading voice for African excellence in STEM.
