Fighting at the Sofitel Dome in Cotonou, Benin, the 26-year-old Nigerian police officer wasted no time. Ukah, a noted striking specialist, established control early with sharp leg kicks and crisp jabs.

When the former Egyptian national boxing champion Gaber attempted to change the momentum with takedowns, Ukah expertly stuffed every attempt. The end came at 3:12 of the first round, as Ukah cornered Gaber against the cage and unleashed a powerful combination of punches, forcing the referee to step in for the TKO victory.
