Nigerian superstars Wizkid and Pheelz have been announced as headliners for BLASTFEST 2026, the Pacific Northwest’s premiere Afrobeats festival, set to return to the Seattle Center on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
The official lineup poster places Wizkid at the top of the bill for the 21+ festival, with Pheelz listed alongside US hitmaker Mustard, Dancehall queen Shenseea, and Tyler ICU.
Founded by Nigerian-born, Seattle-based DJ Bobby “BLAST” Akinboro, BLASTFEST has grown into the region’s flagship celebration of African music, culture and community. Past editions have featured Omah Lay, Fireboy DML, and Odumodublvck.
This year’s festival lands at the Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center, with gates opening mid-afternoon on July 18. Organisers confirm the 2026 edition will be strictly 21 and over.
For Wizkid, the booking marks another major US festival headline as Afrobeats continues its global takeover. For Pheelz, the hitmaker behind “Finesse,” it is a key US appearance alongside an international-heavy lineup blending Afrobeats, amapiano, dancehall and hip-hop.
Tickets are live via the official Blastfest website and Shotgun.live. Beyond music, the festival features the Blastmart marketplace, local food trucks, and brand partners including Pepsi, Lululemon, TIDAL, Uber, Grey Goose, Delta, Tequila Herradura, and Verizon.
With Wizkid leading the charge, BLASTFEST 2026 is shaping up to be the biggest Nigerian-led lineup in the festival’s history. Africa to the world, live from Seattle.
