Jamaican dancehall legend Vybz Kartel has enlisted Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Wizkid for a new collaboration titled “Stay For The Night,” released Friday, June 5, 2026, as part of Kartel’s 14‑track studio album God & Time.
The track, which appears as the sixth song on the album, marks the duo’s second crossover hit. They previously scored a global smash with “Wine To The Top” from Kartel’s King Of The Dancehall era in 2017.
God & Time, distributed via TJ Records and Vybz Kartel Muzik, explores themes of faith, survival, and destiny in Kartel’s new post‑freedom era.
The album also features an elite roster of international and Caribbean heavyweights, including Mavado (reuniting with Kartel on “Hype Life”), Spice, Shenseea, Skillibeng, and Farruko.
The collaboration underscores the enduring cross‑cultural synergy between Afrobeats and dancehall, with Wizkid continuing to cement his global influence.
