Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Blessing Agabe Kaborlo, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the Rivers State Police Command, has officially been called to the Nigerian Bar, qualifying her as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
ASP Agabe’s journey to the bar began with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the Nigeria Police Academy after completing a rigorous five-year training program.
She further earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, and completed her vocational legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus, earning her Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) certification.
Appointed as the Rivers State Police Command’s image-maker and spokesperson on April 10, 2026, ASP Agabe succeeded CSP Grace Iringe-Koko.
Before her current role, she served in critical capacities within the force, including the Human Rights Section and as Second-in-Command for the public relations office.
Her admission to the bar now allows her to legally combine formal legal practice with her administrative and public communication duties within the Nigeria Police Force, further strengthening the command’s legal and operational capabilities.
