Nigerian music sensation Rema has been officially nominated for Netizens’ Choice Magazine’s “Most Handsome Man Alive 2026,” placing him among an elite roster of global celebrities recognised for their striking looks and widespread appeal.
The Mavin Records superstar shares the prestigious nomination with fellow Nigerian talent—Nigerian actor Damson Idris—as well as international figures including Chris Evans, BTS members Jeon Jungkook and Kim Taehyung, and Bad Bunny.
The award celebrates male public figures who have captured global attention through their talent and charisma.
How Fans Can Vote
Supporters can cast daily votes through the official Netizens Choice app and website. Social media voting follows a points system: one like equals one point, comments earn two points, and shares count for four points. Fans must use the hashtag #MHMA2026rema, tag @thenetizensreport, and include the phrase “I vote #rema for the Most Handsome Man ALIVE 2026.”
The nomination follows Rema’s record-breaking achievement of having the longest-charting African album on the Billboard World Albums Chart in early 2026.
Voting continues through May 30, with the winner appearing on the magazine’s cover and on Times Square screens.
