Rema just bought a piece of the Dubai Canal skyline. The 26-year-old Afrobeats titan signed on the dotted line at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, officially becoming a homeowner at One by Binghatti, the 67-story glass-and-brass tower redefining Business Bay.

Binghatti’s Chief Sales Officer, Abdullah Binghatti, led the signing alongside the company’s top brass. The move parks Rema in the same elite portfolio as football superstar Neymar Jr. and legendary composer A.R. Rahman.

The residence comes stacked. A rooftop infinity pool stares down the Burj Khalifa. A fully serviced spa, smart-home integration, paddle and tennis courts. The address on Marasi Drive sits four minutes from the Dubai Mall.

Handovers are slated between late 2026 and September 2027, giving the “Calm Down” hitmaker concrete skin in Dubai’s luxury boom. The developer didn’t whisper. “Binghatti proudly announces global singer and songwriter Rema as the newest homeowner at One by Binghatti.”

He joins a wave of entertainment heavyweights planting flags in branded real estate.
