Precious Ernest (@ernestprecy) has been named the winner of the Best Content: Cleansing category at the CerAwards 2026: The CeraMoVE Edition, taking home ₦2 million and a sponsored trip to Paris after a dramatic journey to the stage.
The ceremony, hosted by CeraVe Africa, was held on April 23, 2026, at Jewel Aieda in Lekki Phase I, Lagos. But Ernest revealed the win “almost didn’t happen” following a series of last-minute setbacks, including surviving an accident and her planned outfit falling through.
“To find casual clothes on the event day,” she wrote. “It felt like everything was trying to stop this moment. But somehow, I still showed up. And I still won in my category.”
The resilient content creator described the award as “proof that no matter how messy it gets, I’ll always find a way.” She added: “To every brand watching: I don’t just create content, I create moments that connect, inspire, and stick.”
The CeraMoVE Edition celebrated Nollywood-inspired skincare storytelling. Ernest concluded: “Resilience looks good on me, don’t you think?”
