Nigerian-Austrian actress and model Victoria Teniola has been crowned the first-ever Miss Supranational Austria, making history as the inaugural representative of the country at the international pageant in Poland this July.
In an emotional social media announcement, Teniola celebrated her victory and the significance of her dual heritage. “I am officially Miss Supranational Austria.
This title is proof that I can do hard things,” she wrote. “Proudly Austrian. Proudly Nigerian. I represent layered identity, courage, and women who were once told no, and kept going.”
Teniola, based in Manchester, United Kingdom, founded Vitlspaces, a platform dedicated to creating safe spaces and fostering belonging for women.
Her remarks resonated deeply with followers as she invited them to join her journey: “The road to July starts now. Tell me where you’re following me from & drop a 🇦🇹 to show support.”
The Miss Supranational 2026 international pageant will take place in Poland this July, where Teniola will compete against beauties from over 80 countries.
