Nigeria is about to reset the global textile game. Ogun State Governor just dropped a mega-announcement. Nigeria is on track to open the biggest cotton processing plant in the world—right here on home soil, powered by President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Cotton Resurgence Initiative.

According to the Governor, the groundbreaking will go down in Ogun within the next 60 days, with Mr. President himself expected to grace the event. This ain’t small chops—the plant, built through a bold Public-Private Partnership, is engineered to process a whopping 100 tons of cotton every hour, turning out over 1,000 tons per day.
