Miss Elite Nigeria 2026, Golden Francis, has arrived in Somabay, Egypt, for the 5th edition of the Miss Elite World pageant.

Francis touched down just ahead of the official start of the competition, joining delegates from more than 35 countries who are arriving this week for rehearsals, cultural tours and preliminary evaluations.

The competition runs from 8 to 19 September 2026 at the Red Sea luxury resort of Somabay.

Francis, a 24-year-old runway and commercial model, is aiming to secure Nigeria’s first-ever Miss Elite crown. She was officially appointed Miss Elite Nigeria in May 2026 after winning the Miss Steph International Queen 2025 title.

Standing at 175 cm, Francis has built momentum within the pageant community, with analysts highlighting her runway walk and swimsuit presentation.

She is managed by the Miss Steph Pageant organisation. Her campaign blends modern sophistication with structural African grace, positioning her as a frontrunner.

The grand finale is scheduled for 19 September 2026, when Nigeria will learn whether Francis makes history as the country’s first Miss Elite World winner.
