Liza Umusu, Miss Ebonyi State and Miss Petite Global Nigeria 2026, will depart for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on May 3 at 4 p.m. Nigerian time to represent Nigeria at the 5th edition of the Miss Petite Global pageant.

The 23-year-old model, content creator, and beauty queen shared her excitement on social media: “The countdown is officially on! 👑 4 days until I depart for Kuala Lumpur to represent my beautiful country, Nigeria, at Miss Petite Global. I am so honoured and ready for this next chapter. Let’s do this!”

Umusu, originally from Ebonyi State, has been in full preparation for the international competition. The Golden Edition of the pageant runs from May 4 to 10, 2026, with the Grand Final scheduled for May 10 at the Galaxy Banquet Hall, HGH Convention Centre.

Beyond pageantry, Umusu is the founder of @loveyourbodydaily, a movement promoting self-esteem and body positivity. She is affiliated with Paris Runway Official and advocates for youth empowerment and grassroots education access.

She previously held the title of Miss Empower 2025 and was a finalist in the Miss Ideal Akwa Ibom pageant.

Umusu aims to showcase Nigerian beauty, culture, and purpose-driven leadership on the international stage.
