Layal Tinubu has unveiled a powerful new initiative aimed at empowering ambitious women around the world. In a video announcement shared on social media, the entrepreneur and advocate revealed the official launch of Higher Heights Circle with LJT, a women-focused mentorship program designed to help women unlock their potential and grow professionally and personally.

The program is open to women across industries, cultures, and backgrounds—from entry-level professionals and mid-career individuals to early-stage entrepreneurs. It will be hosted virtually, offering global access to women ready to evolve, grow, and embrace transformative mentorship.

“Over the past 15 years through various educational pursuits and my professional journey, I have been privileged to receive mentorship from individuals across diverse backgrounds,” Layal shared in the video. “Initially I believed it was something I would undertake later in my career. However, I now recognize the value of sharing insights and lessons while still on the journey of growth.”

She added that the program will consist of virtual group sessions, limited to 20–30 women per cohort, where they will explore essential life and career themes throughout the year.

With Higher Heights Circle, Layal Tinubu signals a shift toward purposeful collaboration among women, spotlighting shared experience as a catalyst for empowerment.
