Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has been confirmed in the first wave of performers for the FIFA Fan Festival in Atlanta during the 2026 World Cup, organisers announced via FIFA World Cup 2026 Atlanta.
The news highlights the city’s 18-day celebration of the tournament.
The free festival takes over Centennial Olympic Park on select days from June 11 to July 19, 2026. Fans must register in advance, with premium options from $45 to $325. The venue will feature a main stage, a 40-foot match screen, local food, and fan zones.
Davido, whose global hits include “Fall” and “Unavailable,” will bring Afrobeats flair to the global event. He headlines a roster blending international and Atlanta-based talent.
Joining him are CeeLo Green, Kat Graham, Hero the Band, Nappy Roots, and Gente de Noche. The first-phase artists also include DJ Rasta Root, Jay Envy, Sofa King Evil, Brixla, Key!, and several more.
“The stage is set. The lineup goes hard. Register now, because this is shaping up to be one for the books,” the festival’s Facebook page stated.
Individual show dates remain unannounced, with more reveals expected. Atlanta is among 16 host cities for the expanded 48-nation World Cup.
