Nigerian content creator and streamer Carter Efe was at Murtala Muhammed International Airport on Friday to welcome American streamer Taylor Jasmine Ahmed as she touched down in Lagos.
The moment was captured on video and quickly went viral. Fans recorded the two creators sharing a playful, affectionate interaction upon her arrival.
The welcome followed a previously streamed phone call during which Jasmine answered Carter Efe while mid-flight to Lagos. That call had already built anticipation among both fanbases.
Shortly after the airport pickup, Carter Efe took Jasmine out for a highly publicised dinner date. Videos of the two joking together have trended across social media throughout the day.
Taylor Jasmine Ahmed, known professionally as Cravetay, is an American R&B and pop singer, songwriter, actor and digital creator. She began her career as a member of an Atlanta-based girl group before launching a solo career in 2014. She later gained wider visibility competing on Lifetime’s reality show The Pop Game alongside producer Timbaland.
She has since built a large following as a Twitch streamer and content creator on Instagram and TikTok.
Both creators share a streaming connection: they were accepted into the Class of 2026 for Kai Cenat’s Streamer University.
Jasmine’s visit to Nigeria is expected to include further appearances and content collaborations.
