Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Ayra Starr is making the most of her time in the Seychelles, trading the stage for the sand as she soaked up the sun ahead of her headlining performance at the nation’s 50th Independence Day celebrations.
Fresh off her ‘Tornado’ single debut and her collaboration with Peggy Gou on “Wo,man,” Ayra is currently in the Indian Ocean archipelago for the historic Golden Jubilee concert at Stad Popiler on June 29, 2026.
But before she took the stage, the “Sabi Girl” served up a different kind of performance—a beachside photoshoot that has fans talking.
Ayra was spotted walking along the shoreline, barefoot on wet sand with turquoise water and white foam rolling in behind her. The backdrop was pure Seychelles postcard: palm trees, lush greenery, and signature A-frame beach villas in the distance.
