Nigeria’s Miss Eco Teen 2026, Efosa Faith Adesuwa, has departed for Egypt to represent the country at the 9th Edition of Miss Eco Teen International.
The competition runs from 11 to 18 October 2026 in Alexandria, Egypt.
Adesuwa announced her departure in a social media post, describing the journey as a mission of purpose.
“Today, I begin an exciting journey as I travel to represent my beloved country, Nigeria, at MISS ECO TEEN INTERNATIONAL,” she said. “This is more than just a journey; it is a dream in motion, a mission of purpose, and an opportunity to showcase the beauty, intelligence, culture, and strength of the Nigerian girl on an international stage.”
She said she carries the hopes of young girls who believe in themselves. “I am ready to learn, grow, shine, and make Nigeria proud. Egypt, here I come.”
Adesuwa asked for prayers and support as she flies the Nigerian flag.
She was officially unveiled as Miss Eco Teen Nigeria in August 2026, succeeding Comfort Onaiwu. She is a 400-level student at the University of Benin and a fashion model.
As an Eco Queen, she uses her platform to champion sustainability, environmental consciousness and green initiatives across Nigeria.
The Miss Eco Teen International competition brings together delegates from around the world. Adesuwa is expected to compete in the coming days.
