The Miss Universe Organization (MUO) has issued an official statement distancing itself from online posts promoting a so-called “Special Dinner & Talk Show.” MUO says the activity is unauthorized, adding that any third-party use of the Miss Universe name, logo, marks, or related branding without prior written approval violates its intellectual-property rights and undermines brand integrity.

MUO further cautioned that any promotional materials, contests, or voting initiatives circulating under the Miss Universe name in connection with the purported event are misleading and not official. The organization says it reserves all legal rights to act against individuals or entities misusing its trademarks, imagery, or event designations.
Reaffirming its role as the global authority for the brand, MUO pledged to maintain high standards of transparency, professionalism, and integrity in every market and to protect delegates, partners, sponsors, and the public from misleading activities.

The organization urged media, sponsors, fans, and the public to rely only on verified channels for announcements and voting initiatives:
• Website: missuniverse.com
• Instagram: @missuniverse
• Facebook: Miss Universe
“Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all Miss Universe–related information by using these verified sources,” the statement concluded.
