Nollywood star and philanthropist Anita Joseph will be honoured at the 6th Edition of the Iconic Global Summit/Honors 2025, organised by Iconic International Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

The organisers announced: “Congratulations Anita Joseph for making the list of outstanding individuals to be honored and celebrated at the 6th Edition of the prestigious ICONIC GLOBAL SUMMIT/HONORS 2025, scheduled to hold Saturday, 6 December 2025, at The Capital on The Park Hotel, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.”

This year’s summit runs 4–8 December 2025 under the theme “The Africa We Want: Sustainable Development, Everyone’s Responsibilities.” The event convenes policymakers, business leaders, and creative-industry figures to spotlight innovation, social impact, and Pan-African collaboration.
A beloved singer, actress and media personality, Joseph began her career as a dancer before breaking into Nollywood in 2005, quickly becoming a fixture in hit productions. An Anambra native, she completed her primary and secondary education in the state and later earned a Mass Communication degree from the University of Calabar. Beyond the screen, she is celebrated for philanthropy and her growing footprint as a dynamic filmmaker, attributes highlighted on the official honouree citation.

Joseph joins a roster of African changemakers to be feted in Sandton, where the Summit will also host high-level conversations, networking sessions, and awards recognising individuals advancing sustainable development across the continent.
