Nigeria’s green queen, Comfort Onaiwu, has officially departed for Egypt to represent the nation at the 7th Miss Eco Teen International Pageant, holding in Alexandria from October 12–19, 2025.

Onaiwu made a striking fashion statement at the airport, clad in a custom-made outfit and a sophisticated hat designed by Nigerian fashion designer Temy and styled by Osemwengie Odion. Her look was sleek and modern, complete with a wide-brimmed hat and intricate pearl embellishments that captured the perfect blend of Nigerian creativity, elegance, and eco-consciousness, befitting a queen ready for the international spotlight.

In photos shared before her departure, Onaiwu stood poised beside her pink travel luggage draped in a white cover printed with her official portrait and title sash. She captioned her post: “Off to Egypt to chase my dreams at Miss Eco Teen International. Wish me luck!”
In a heartfelt video message, she added: “A new chapter begins! As I depart for Egypt to represent Nigeria at Miss Eco Teen International, I carry the dreams, hopes, and strength of my nation with me. Let’s make history together.”

Her project, “The Green Mission: Teens Taking the Lead,” encourages sustainable living through community cleanups and eco-education programs. Powered by Miss Corporate Nigeria, in partnership with the Festus Osifo Foundation and the Edo State Waste Management Board, her work inspires a new generation of environmentally aware Nigerians.
