NAIJA TV — Terms of Service

1) Introduction
NAIJA TV is a Nigerian entertainment and pop culture news platform covering music, film, fashion, celebrity, lifestyle, events, and culture. NAIJAtv.ng is wholly owned by Fajebe Media Group, a subsidiary of The Fajebe Company LTD (Nigeria). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, newsletters, video channels, and social pages (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Definitions: “NAIJA TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our” include NAIJATV Media Networks operating under Fajebe Media Group. “You” or “user” means any person or entity that accesses the Services.
2) Content Ownership & Copyright
All content on the Services — including articles, videos, audio, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, page designs, and compilation data (the “Content”) — is owned by NAIJATV Media Networks and protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as permitted by fair use or other applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, mirror, scrape, redistribute, sell, license, or exploit any Content without our prior written permission. Where fair use applies, provide clear attribution to NAIJA TV and link to the original page when feasible.

Acknowledge that we may edit or moderate UGC for clarity, length, or policy compliance, while preserving the original meaning where practicable.
We are not responsible for UGC posted by users and do not endorse any opinions contained therein.
4) Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Post, upload, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Infringe or violate others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the Services; deploy malware or automated scraping without authorization.
Spam, run pyramid schemes, conduct unauthorized advertising, or manipulate traffic, rankings, or engagement.
Circumvent technical measures, access non‑public areas, or use the Services for any illegal purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5) Disclaimers
The Services provide entertainment news, cultural commentary, reviews, and analysis. While we rely on verified sources and professional editorial standards, information can evolve (e.g., release schedules, chart positions, cast/crew lineups).
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NAIJA TV does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any defects will be corrected. NAIJAtv.ng is not liable for reliance on information that later becomes outdated or revised.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAIJA TV disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
6) Third‑Party Links & Ads
The Services may feature third‑party content, advertisements, affiliate links, or links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those parties.
7) Privacy & Data Use

12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria, to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms.
13) Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms for specific features, form the entire agreement between you and NAIJA TV regarding the Services.
14) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
