A Lagos State High Court has issued an interim order restraining Nollywood actress Elizabeth Aishat Ibukun Anjorin Lawal, popularly known as Lizzy Anjorin, from publishing photographs of Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux’s one-year-old son, Rakeem Mkambala, on social media.
The order was granted ex parte by Justice Yetunde Adesanya on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026.
The court restrained Anjorin, her agents, privies, representatives, employees, officers or any person acting under her authority from publishing, posting, circulating, uploading and broadcasting the child’s pictures on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice.
The affected social media accounts include @lizzyanjorin_originallawal, @lizzyanjorin_original, @lizzyanjorin_legal_mrs lawal, @yeyemesho_luxuryfabric1, Lizzyanjorin2 on Facebook, and @lizzyanjorin_soyoyo.
The court also ordered Anjorin to cease from broadcasting, publishing and posting editorials on the applicants — Mrs Priscilla Ajoke Ojo Mkambala, Mr Juma Mussa Mkambala and their son — on the same platforms.
The orders were granted after the court read the affidavit in support deposed to by Juma Mussa Mkambala, dated 26 August 2026, and heard O. I. Salami Esq., counsel for the claimants.
The court further remitted the case file to the Registry of the High Court of Lagos State for re-assignment to the appropriate division.
Priscilla shared certified true copies of the order on her Instagram Story. Anjorin reacted publicly, claiming that sharing a court document before formal service could weaken the case.
The matter remains pending, with a Motion on Notice expected to be heard at a later date.
